Terms & Conditions for Participants / Visitors

These Terms apply to all visitors attending the Anajori Heritage Trade Expo (“Event”).

1. Entry & Registration

  • Entry is free unless stated otherwise.
  • Visitors may be required to register via a form for crowd management and updates.
  • Re-entry may be subject to venue rules.

2. Safety & Conduct

Visitors must:
  • Maintain decorum and respect the event environment
  • Follow instructions given by event staff and security
  • Not bring hazardous items, alcohol, or weapons into the venue
  • Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

3. Photography & Media

  • The Event may be photographed or recorded.
  • Visitors consent to the use of images/videos for promotional purposes.
If any visitor prefers not to be photographed, they may inform the organisers on-site.

4. Liability

  • Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Organisers are not liable for theft, loss, or damage of personal items.
  • Visitors participate at their own risk.

5. Event Modifications

Organisers reserve the right to:
  • Change event timings
  • Modify programme schedule
  • Restrict entry due to safety or capacity regulations

6. Force Majeure

The Event may be cancelled or modified due to circumstances beyond control, including:
  • Bad weather
  • Government orders
  • Security issues
No compensation is guaranteed in such scenarios.
