Terms & Conditions for Exhibitors

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the participation of exhibitors at the Anajori Heritage Trade Expo (“Event”).
By applying for a stall or participating in the Event, you agree to these T&C.

1. Stall Allocation & Eligibility

  • Stalls are curated and selected based on product quality, category relevance, and aesthetics.
  • Submission of the registration form does not guarantee confirmation.
  • The organisers reserve the right to accept, reject, or reallocate stalls based on event requirements.

2. Payment Terms

  • Stall charges must be paid in full within the timeline provided after confirmation.
  • Failure to pay within the deadline may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If the Event is cancelled before the event dates, exhibitors will receive a 100% refund.
  • If the Event is cancelled on the event day due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, government orders, etc.), exhibitors will receive a 50% refund.
  • If an exhibitor voluntarily withdraws after confirmation, no refund will be applicable.

4. Insurance & Liability

  • The organisers do not provide insurance coverage for exhibitors, stalls, products, staff, or any property.
  • Exhibitors may obtain their own insurance at their discretion.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their products, equipment, and personnel.

5. Stall Setup & Operations

  • Exhibitors must follow the setup and dismantling timelines communicated by organisers.
  • Only products approved or declared during registration may be sold.
  • Loud music, disruptive displays, or activities affecting neighbouring stalls are prohibited.

6. Conduct & Compliance

  • Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, safety norms, and government regulations.
  • Use of banned, hazardous, or illegal materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Organisers reserve the right to remove any exhibitor violating terms without refund.

7. Power, Furniture & Logistics

  • Basic stall structures, tables, and chairs will be provided as per package.
  • Any additional electrical load or furniture may be chargeable.

8. Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be liable for cancellations, delays or losses caused by events beyond control, such as:
  • Natural disasters
  • Weather emergencies
  • Government restrictions
  • Accidents
  • Security concerns

Refunds in such cases will be processed as per section 3.

9. Organisers

The Event is curated and managed by: Subham Enterprise & Jupiter Eventcom (collectively referred to as “Organisers”).

10. Acceptance

By registering or participating, the exhibitor acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
